Directions from M1 exiting at Junction 11. Turn left onto A505 to Dunstable. Turn right at Poynters roundabout, following sign to Houghton Regis. Go straight across the double roundabout. At the next roundabout, turn left, passing the Chequers pub on the corner. Proceed along the road past Netto on the left. At the traffic lights turn left into Townsend Farm Road and then right into Blackburn Rd.
Directions from M1 exiting at Junction 12. Turn onto the A5120 following signs to Dunstable. Proceed to the traffic lights at Houghton Regis. Turn right, passing the Kings Arms on the corner. Proceed along the road past Netto on the left. At the traffic lights, turn left into Townsend Farm Road and then right into Blackburn Rd.
