We recommend booking online as an additional charge of £1 per person applies to ‘walk-in’ bookings made on the door during peak sessions. We are only able to accept on the door bookings if the session is available and capacity allows. Booking online, in advance, guarantees your space so there are no disappointed children!
Enjoy lower prices most term time weekdays when we are quieter. Peak prices apply during weekends, school holidays, bank holidays, inset days and festivals. Those visiting with children under 12 months of age will be charged the adult rate.

Our Concessions
Disabled Concessions
There is a free admission for a carer of children or adults who are registered disabled. The advertised child/adult admission charge (according to site) applies to the customer who is being accompanied by a carer .
Customers who are eligible for our concessionary free carer admission can now have their Snakes and Ladders account set up to be able to book their free carer ticket online! When you’re ready to book your next play session, please email your local centre as usual, along with a photo/scan of the diagnosis or DLA letter (if not already provided), your child’s forename, surname and date of birth. Our team will update your account for you to manage your future bookings online.
Disabled parking is available on all of our sites (adjacent to our premises in Syon Park).

Discount Cards
In addition, Snakes & Ladders offers concessionary pricing under the MAX, Defence Discount Service and Blue Light schemes. One free adult entry with a full paying child, per cardholder. Please visit the relevant scheme’s website for information on how to book using the discount card. Our current online booking system is not yet able to process online booking discounts for free adults for all of the above schemes, therefore we ask that you contact the site for assistance in booking your visit to Snakes and Ladders, if required.
