Opening Times

We want every family to enjoy a safe, fun, and stress-free visit, so our opening times are carefully planned to suit both busy weekends and quieter term-time weekdays. Below you’ll find all the details you need to plan your play session.

Off-Peak Sessions (During Term Time)

Take advantage of our quieter off-peak sessions, perfect for little ones who prefer a calmer atmosphere:

  • Mondays: 9:30-13:45, 14:00-18:15
  • Tuesdays: 9:30-13:45, 14:00-18:15
  • Wednesdays: 9:30-13:45, (SEN Session Only 16:15-18:15*)
  • Thursdays & Fridays: 9:30-13:45, 14:00-18:15

 

Peak Sessions (Weekends & School Holidays)

During school holidays and weekends, our peak sessions keep playtime structured so that every child has plenty of space to enjoy themselves. Daily:

  • 9:30am – 11:30am
  • 11:45am – 1:45pm
  • 2:00pm – 4:00pm
  • 4:15pm – 6:15pm

 

SEN Session: Our dedicated Special Educational Needs session runs every Wednesday afternoon during term time. On selected school holidays we may also offer SEN sessions – please check availability via our booking system.

Holiday Adjustments: We close early at 4:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, open later at 11:45am on New Year’s Day, and remain closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day so our team can celebrate with their families.

Additional Information

We welcome children aged 12 and under. For safety, we recommend one adult for every five children.

Please ensure that socks are worn at all times within the play frame for hygiene and safety reasons.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule play sessions if extreme weather conditions affect demand. We’ll always do our best to inform you in advance and rebook your visit.

Looking for something extra special? Our centres are also available for exclusive hire, giving you private use of all our facilities. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, school groups, or unique events, exclusive hire ensures you and your guests enjoy the entire venue all to yourselves.
