Dedicated play sessions for children with special educational needs
At Snakes & Ladders, we are committed to providing truly inclusive play experiences for all youngsters. We understand that for some children, especially those with special educational needs or disabilities, the hustle and bustle of a busy soft play environment can sometimes feel overwhelming. That is why we have introduced specially designed sessions that create a calmer, more relaxed setting where children can feel comfortable and confident to enjoy themselves.
SEN/D Play Sessions
Our carefully planned facilities are designed to inspire children to play, explore, and test their limits at a pace that suits them. Every element is created to be fun, safe, and supportive, ensuring that children feel encouraged rather than rushed.
These sessions, dedicated exclusively to children aged 0–12 years with special educational needs or disabilities, provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where families can enjoy quality time together and connect with others.
Session Details
£5 per child (including one accompanying adult)
Additional adults are charged at our standard off-peak rate
A valid DLA letter must be shown upon arrival
Sessions run every Wednesday from 16:15–18:15 during term time, with selected dates available during school holidays
Disabled parking is available at all of our sites. For Brentford, please follow the instructions at the bollard entry point. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

SEN/D Parties
We also offer specially designed SEN/D parties for children aged 0–12 years with special educational needs or disabilities. These celebrations take place during our dedicated Wednesday 16:15–18:15 SEN/D session, offering a relaxed and inclusive environment that allows children to celebrate without feeling overwhelmed.
Choose from a variety of exciting themes, such as disco, circus, fire station, or submarine, and give your child a party they will always remember. With three party packages available, your little one can enjoy all the fun while we take care of the planning and organisation, leaving you free to simply enjoy the day.
Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
*Please note that themes and facilities may vary depending on the playcentre. In some locations, such as Dunstable and Abingdon, accessibility to first-floor party rooms may not be possible, but parties can be hosted in the main play area instead.
