We are delighted and honoured to be finalists for the SME Green Business of the Year at the West London Business Awards!

 

We are delighted and honoured to share that our Brentford playcentre is a finalist for the SME Green Business of the Year at the West London Business Awards!

This award recognises an organisation’s progress to reach Net Zero, and demonstrates how they have implemented sustainable change in their business, reducing impact on the environment, and demonstrating leadership.

At Snakes & Ladders, we are on a journey to become more sustainable and are taking great strides towards that goal. We are consistently working to identify how we can improve our environmental footprint. We have replaced all single use plastic food and hot drink packaging with plant based compostable alternatives (Vegware) and we have increased the amount we recycle, greatly reducing the amount of general waste. Our building in Syon Park (Brentford) is powered by solar energy. You can read more about some of the steps that we have taken on our Sustainability page. Some have a bigger impact than others, but they all count!

The winner will be announced on 27th February 2026. Wish us luck!
