Finalist for the AIP Employee Spotlight Award!

We were recently honoured to attend the AIP (Association of Indoor Play) Awards, where our amazing Brentford manager, Katya, was nominated for the Employee Spotlight Award!

The Employee Spotlight award celebrates team members who go above and beyond to deliver excellence — and Katya truly embodies that every single day.

Having joined the Snakes & Ladders family in 2022 and utilising her vast experience working as a business trainer in Ukraine, Katya developed and delivered tailored training programs for our teams across our 3 sites. The training centered around customer service and leadership, which provided a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our values, our service and the creation of our team manifesto!

As a UK-certified executive coach, Katya then provided individual coaching sessions for our teams, which has proven extremely valuable for their continued growth and development.

We’re so proud of Katya, both as a well-deserved finalist and for what she brings to our team and our customers.
