We Are Finalist for AIP’s Most Inclusive Operator Award!

We Are A Finalist For AIP’s Most Inclusive Operator Award 2026!

We are delighted to be considered for the Most Inclusive Operator Award!

The Most Inclusive Operator award celebrates indoor play venues that go above and beyond in fostering an environment where all visitors, regardless of ability, background, or specific needs, feel welcome and included. This category recognises operators who have embedded inclusivity at the core of their operations, ensuring accessibility, representation, and engagement for all. Entrants must demonstrate that they should:

 1. Inclusive Design & Play Access: Demonstrate clear, practical steps to ensure children of all abilities and needs can participate fully in play. This may include adapted equipment, sensory-friendly sessions, accessible layouts, or thoughtful adjustments that remove barriers to play.

2. Inclusive Culture & Staff Practice: Show how inclusivity is embedded into day-to-day operations through staff training, awareness, and behaviour. Evidence should demonstrate that staff understand diverse needs and actively support all visitors with confidence and empathy.

3. Policies, Representation & Environment: Provide evidence of inclusive policies, communication, and environments that make families feel genuinely welcome. This could include visual representation, clear accessibility information, inclusive language, or adjustments that support different backgrounds and circumstances.

4. Community Engagement & Impact: Demonstrate meaningful engagement with local communities or underrepresented groups, showing how the venue listens, adapts, and improves access. Judges will look for evidence of real impact, not just intention.

We are proud and excited to see who wins. Winner announced 4th June 2026 – wish us luck!
